Once an order has been placed, changes to the delivery address can only be made if the order has not been processed.

Your tracking number can be found on the Shipping confirmation email we sent you. If you see nothing on your inbox, please try to check your Spam/Junk folder.

Simply send a photo of your order items and your order number to bipi@bipi.au and we will be more than happy to rectify your order issue for you.

Our items are delivered by Sendle / Australia Post and can take up to 10 business days depending on the location of your delivery address. If you still have not received your delivery after 10 business days, please contact us at bipi@bipi.au

One full charge (via the supplied USB cable) provides up to 45 minutes of continuous use. It takes around 90 minutes to charge BiPi from completely flat to a full charge.

BiPi is not a toy and not recommended for use as a toy. There are no button cell batteries or parts that are choking hazards.

BiPi fits all smartphones with slim shock-resistant style cases. Thicker wallet-style cases might be too thick to attach BiPi, which has a clip that opens to approx. 13mm.

You can position BiPi anywhere on the smartphone while taking photos or videos in portrait or landscape mode. If BiPi does happen to overlap one of the lenses your smartphone will still take images via the other lenses.
