Every single BiPi is carefully packed by us in our small Sydney office and sent out to you via the
Sendle and Australia Post network.

If for any reason at all you’re unhappy with your BiPi, if it arrives damaged – or not at all – or if you
experience any problems with the quality or functionality of your BiPi, we guarantee to repair or
replace it as fast as you can say “cheese!”

We stand by our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, and if you prefer to have your money refunded
(excluding postage and handling), we will process your refund with priority.
